Optimize Health & Wellness is a specialty physical & massage therapy studio that focuses on each individual’s authentic healing with services that address the root cause of pain and dysfunction. I am an expert-level trained MFR therapist and over 600 hours of John Barnes' MFR training. I have been doing Pelvic Health for 25 years and love being able to help others via sharing my knowledge to enable others to heal. Advanced training in Visceral Manipulation has been instrumental in helping clients heal at deeper, more efficient manner. To fully integrate wholistic healing, upon request, I offer functional medicine based health coaching, including nutrition, movement, and goal-setting, to meet the whole person's needs....and help you Optimize Your Health!
